Cancellation Policy:

1. In case you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped.

2. Once the product is shipped, it cannot be cancelled through the website.

1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected products. Please check the return eligibility mentioned on the specific product page before placing the order.

2. OGShines reserves the right to update the return policy of any product without prior notice.

3. In case we do not have pickup service available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.

4. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the case.

🔸 NOTE for Return:

Items must be unused and unwashed, for hygiene reasons.

The product must be returned with its original tags and packaging. Items without tags will not be accepted.

Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return/Exchange requests must be raised within the return period (mentioned on the product page), otherwise the request will not be accepted.
